Founded in 1996 by Managing Director – David Connors, Codify has been a leader in the technology space for almost three decades. Starting as a software development firm, we’ve evolved into one of Australia’s premier providers of Microsoft Azure solutions.

Our History and Evolution
Since our inception in 1996, we’ve continually adapted to meet the changing needs of the tech landscape. In 2011, we expanded our services to support Private Cloud and Microsoft Productivity apps, long before the term ‘Modern Workplace’ was widely adopted.
By 2015, we fully embraced Microsoft Azure, focusing exclusively on helping clients transition to the cloud. In 2017, we developed CloudLift, a proprietary cloud migration planning framework, to meet the growing demand for application-centric migration approaches. This innovation, along with the launch of our Managed Azure service in 2018, solidified our role as a trusted advisor to clients across Australia. In 2019, we achieved Microsoft Tier 1/Direct Cloud Service Provider (CSP) status, and by 2021, we earned ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, demonstrating our commitment to quality management and information security.

David founded Codify in 1996 and leads our cloud solutions strategy. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and over 30 years of experience, David ensures operational excellence across our Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider offerings.
Ben Parker
Director
Ben leads our Planning and Migration services, bringing over 15 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies. His practical approach and deep understanding of IT infrastructure guide clients on their path to cloud success.
Dan Van Eck
Principal Consultant
A specialist in DevOps and workload modernisation, Dan brings 18 years of experience in software development, systems building, DevOps and workload modernisation, his specialisation in systems automations help clients fully leverage their Azure investments.
